New Project - FacultyShack!

One of our current projects involves working with FacultyShack – a website created by and for teachers in which they post “original and insightful ideas on the internet”. DNL has partnered up with FacultyShack to create a new website with increased functionality and intuitive navigation. This will enable a more user-friendly site, thereby increasing user satisfaction and return rates.

The project entails migration of their existing data to the new website and implementing a new Content Management System (CMS). The CMS is critical for creating, editing, managing, and publishing content to the web in an organized manner. In order to improve upon the volume of traffic to FacultyShack.org, we will employ Search Engine Optimization (SEO). By optimizing their content, it will maximize their ranking in search engines, thus generating a flow of new visitors. Authors, bloggers, contributors, and editors will also have the opportunity to create a membership profile with the new member management system. This system will allow members to submit new articles and blogs, as well as comment on other member blogs!

The new site is set to launch Fall 2008!
